Aisha Hinds is an American actress best recognized for her roles on the television series The Shield and True Blood. Since her first appearance in 2003 she has demonstrated her acting versatility by providing outstanding performances on television series like 9-1-1 Detroit 1--8-7, and Under the Dome. Her performance as a character in Assault on Precinct 13 from 2005 was the first one to catch her attention. The first time she was recognized was for her performance in the biographical 2005 film All the Way.
